I enjoy running
all through the years, but races are usually held during fall-spring
seasons. I have started an intensified training since the beginning of this month, and I ran 20km yesterday. It was already evening (04:00 PM), but the sun was
still blazing. I grabbed 1.5L water during the running, but was still
very thirsty after finishing it. According to my GPS watch, I consumed 1286 Calories, which allows me to chug another bottle of cold beer with dinner.
Let's make the best of it!
PS: I ran 10 km in the evening of today.
